Larry brings over 50 years of expertise in the real estate industry, with a robust background in new construction, design, development, financing, and sales management. Since 1974, his focus has been on residential sales and listings, where he has successfully managed and trained hundreds of agents and expanded branch offices across diverse economic climates. Larry’s unparalleled market knowledge consistently benefits his clients.

In 1992, Larry owned and operated a thriving real estate franchise that achieved top 10% personal production nationwide. Since 2019, he has dedicated himself exclusively to serving home buyers and sellers as a managing broker with John L. Scott Real Estate in Everett.
